Nightmare was the best way to describe our experience. Didn't finish flooring, messed it up, kept sending us to a different person, finally got Better Business involved and after months of Lowe's putting us off, finally finished. Return department is rude.

This is your typical Lowe's Home Improvement. They carry the same items as all of the Lowe's do. The employees are helpful if you need something. We did have issues with the self checkouts and the girl was tied up with someone the whole time so we had to move to a third register before we were able to check out.

I have had sooo many bad experiences with this Lowe's that I have started giving HD my business even though they are not local. Whatever you do DON'T let them do your flooring. They had Legacy Flooring do our house and it was a NIGHTMARE!! We ended up having to contact the BBB to resolve the issues they created. GO ELSEWHERE!!

Only one star because it will not let me leave a ZERO. Went in Saturday morning at 9:30 to purchase a bag charcoal for a cookout that evening. Went to the front to check out and noticed there were 3-4 self checkout lines waiting and only one human at a lone cash register. Went to the one cash register where a lady was wating on another customer. I had the bag of charcoal under my arm, shifting back and forth for about 4 minutes as I waited. There was another couple behind me. When the cashier was done with the customer in front of me, she looked at me and said "I am not open" and walked away! I quickly asked if there was another cashier available and she said "NO" very rudely and never turned around! I understand that people have problems in their lives, but you don't bring them to work. I dropped the bag of charcoal where I stood out of humilation and walked out. I will never set foot in that store again and will surely relay this experience with everyone I know. Terrible customer service. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE CASHIERS WORKING ON SATURDAY MORNING DURING PEAK TIMES?????

Some employees need to have some pride in the areas they maintain and keep the items stocked. Finding empty merchandise packages shows they are not cleaning up.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever.... either in person or when you call them. They don't know anything and are definitely not going to try to find out anything for you.

Went to Goldsboro location last night to buy airhose for my air compressor price on shelf was 24.98. Got up to check out cashier said it was 39.99. Took picture as she asked to make sure item number was same. Manager came very nasty attitude told me she didn't have to sell it to me as advertised on shelf. I will not be going back to this store if this is their way of talking to customers
