I rate this store 1 star because of the unfriendly staff members. Particularly one women who looks 50-65. Today while shopping with my mother we put our stuff on the counter like usual but we didn't know the cashier (the same unfriendly one) was scanning another customer up because that customer wasn't there to make their presence known, so me and my mother just thought that she was working on scanning other things to put back on the shelf. The customer comes back and says "no this isn't mine" and the cashier immediately says " oh she sure pushed it up there like it was hers". My mother tried explaining how but the customer and the cashier were being rude and treating her like a child and talking about her in 3rd person like she wasn't there. This was the most awful experience i've had at the store ever. Blaming customers because you were paying attention to separation of each customers items and ringing things up correctly is wrong. The cashier could have easily said "no ma'am this is a separate item between another customer" but that wasn't the case because she wasn't paying attention to her mistake . Other than that the store had nice things for an affordable price but i do believer there should be much more organization due to the cluttering of items. I hope this helps any future shoppers.

The black older lady with glasses in that’s working the register today is rude as hell! No customer service skills whatsoever! & she like this every time I go. Jus mad for no reason. She’s disgusting!

I am a fan of Maxway, Roses and Super 10 however this store gets 0 stars. We were there for the first time last Saturday and the store was a disorganized mess, broken merchandise & the employees seemed like they did not want to be there along with the manager. SHE WAS RUDE. Beware of unusable merchandise and unfriendly staff at this store.

The Manager of this location yells at and belittle's his employees in front of customers. I felt sorry for the Employee. The cashier's of this maxway are good people and they deserve better. The manager always has an attitude. If he doesn't like his job he should find something else.

This is your typical Maxway store. They carry the same things as other Maxway's do. They are owned by the same people who own Rose's so it is a very similar store and they carry a lot of the same merchandise as Roses. They have some pretty good deals but you'd better get it when you see it or it might be gone the next time you shop there. I never see many if any employees besides the cashier most of the time.

Such a big store in Goldsboro and no restrooms. Apparently you have to shop fast and leave to find a bathroom elsewhere. While they have a lot of products the customer experience needs to be comfortable and enjoyable!

This is your typical Maxway store. They carry the same things as other Maxway's do. They are owned by the same people who own Rose's so it is a very similar store and they carry a lot of the same merchandise as Roses. They have some pretty good deals but you'd better get it when you see it or it might be gone the next time you shop there. I never see many if any employees besides the cashier most of the time.
