“Outstanding customer service as well as the best pork in the country IMO.I recently ordered a whole, bone-in pork shoulder. I received a slightly smaller one (16 lbs) than I had received in a previous order (which was 20 lbs -- as advertised ). I called to inquire about the size difference. I received a return phone call the next day with an explanation of what happened and an offer to send me another 20 lbs shoulder free of charge. And that is what they did. Outstanding customer service as well as the best pork in the country IMO.”
