“Autumn and Roxanne are outstanding employees! I walked in to switch providers from Verizon where I was paying over $300 a month (including payment plans on phones, watches and I also had internet through them) and was able to get two lines on their unlimited plan and two brand new iPhones for around $150 a month including the protection plans. That’s a win in itself but being helped by Autumn and Roxanne made it a wonderful experience. They are both extremely knowledgeable and kind. Autumn was the one that helped me directly and we had a running conversation as these things usually take a while and I could just tell that she was a great person! If you are a US Cellular customer and ever need assistance, please go see one of these ladies at the US Cellular on Wayne Memorial!
