“Came in to help my mom change service to metro. David was outstanding and knew exactly what needed to be done. My mom’s phone was as going to my sisters account in Florida. David even spoke to the Florida rep and explained to him what he needed to do on his end to make sure the account was right. Great job David!!”
“Issues with internet speed. Chat was great, ordered new router/modem and replaced older devices. Couple minor issues during setup easily resolved by talking to a human. Overall great customer service. Great working through this with Americans. So much easier not having to work though accents.”
