Miss Ira is wonderful! She was just a pleasure to meet. She was kind, caring, very personable, and genuinely seemed to want to help. She was very attentive to all my concerns and answered all questions. The communication was incomparable. She cares about her customers and it shows in all her efforts! Absolutely everything is thoroughly explained and discussed. Pricing was great. Whereas I don't look forward to having more repairs in the future, I do look forward to using her services, again!
