“Not all pharmacies are created equal!I recently discovered this pharmacy after my usual pharmacy of many years didn't have the medication in stock. This pharmacy apparently uses top notch suppliers/manufacturers because the medication was notably more effective than the ones I've been getting at the other pharmacy. I had no idea there could be such a disparity in quality until I had the medication filled here.The staff and pharmacist is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. Access to the parking lot is a breeze, as well as the pick up process! I highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“Harris Teeter is one of my favorite grocery stores to go to. It's super calming in the store, you know how most grocery stores are loud because of the amount of people, well Harris teeter is so much quieter. And you gotta love the sales!!! And of course the VIC takes of more savings!! And then the fuel points you can collect too.”
“Went here this morning and this guy with ear rings in his ear was awesome he assisted me with air in my tires and just said its not always easy because customers have bad days but he's always been very helpful when we've gone that's why I got my tires from there saving about 400 bucks for a similar tire at a dealership and I get added benefits. There was some delay, but for the amount of people waiting to be served I was highly impressed with the service I received. There is a lot of reasons that your prescription can be delayed that are out of the hands of the pharmacy so don't take it out on them.”

“I'm updating my previous 7 yr old, 3 star review.
This pharmacy has come a long way and has earned my 5 star rating.
The wait times, both for filling medications and line wait times have drastically improved. While there are still a few "rush" moments when the line is longer than what is typical, it's much shorter than it used to be. Of my last 7 visits there, 4 of them had noone waiting in line, 2 visits had 1 person ahead of me and 1 visit had 3 people ahead of me.
Resolving random prescription issues didn't require me to go around in circles with my phone in hand. Associates are eager to help. Mariam, assists me at the register on a regular basis. I love her! She is so warm, helpful and has me on my way in no time at all. I feel like I'm visiting a friend while she rings me up.
Good job, Walmart Pharmacy on Spence!

“The staff are always friendly and helpful. For anyone complaining about wait time in the drive-thru... there is always a long line inside as well. When I'm actually in store, you see these people zooming back and forth, trying their best. I'm glad this is my location ☺️”
“I used to go to Walgreens on Ash St, but the poor attitudes of the pharmacy employees made me take the time to change over to this Walgreens and I'm so happy I did. Yes, sometimes they get very busy and the drive thru can take a while that I understand. The most important thing to me is how I'm treated and if I can get my medications in a timely manner and this Walgreens does both for me. When I walk in the people at the pharmacy are very friendly to me, but most importantly they take the time to help me when I have a question. For example, they take the time to make sure I am paying the lowest cost for my mediation. If my insurance is not the lowest price, they will recommend that I use a GoodRx coupon. That is good service. The staff at the front of the store is always friendly.”
“CVS has always been helpful and polite. I have been a customer for a very long time. Refills are always ready before we run out of meds. Over the last few years they have made changes that really help the wait time. I have used mail delivery and that's great. I will stay on this side of the street!”
“The CVS coupons are true money savers, and so easy to use. It seems like every visit is rewarded. Today, my original purchase price was over $8.00. The clerk asked if I wanted to use my coupons. “Yes!” I was shocked that the total dropped down to 13 cents!

“This is a wonderful Walgreens. Retail can be very challenging even on a good day. I've been and walked right up to the counter. I've been and had to wait a bit. That's life. The store is clean. That staff is always pleasant. I'm more than happy to wait as long as it takes to make sure my medication is correct. The last thing I ever want to do is rush a Pharmacist.”
