Went it to ask for a brochure about possibly opening a che king and savings account t ( thinking of switching banks) 3 people standing doing nothing and one lady at the front. I walk over and ask for a brochure. I was told yo take a seat. Two ladies came over and tried to make me scan a bar code to check in. I said I'm not scanning g any bar code I just need a brochure about your services. They said if I did not van the bar code they could not help me. I found a bank. SOUTHERN Bank. Very rude and unprofessional.Not getting my money

Rude and arrogant lady handling bank transfers. PNC branch in Smithfield much better. Avoid Goldsboro branch at all cost.

The branch never has enough employees and they are never willing to do anything. I have worked for a bank and I understand the logistics, but their customer service is non-existent. The PNC in other states are so helpful but not this location. I don't know if it has to do with the merger or if it's just this location.

Terrible wait times. 1 person working drive thru & counter. 2 to greet you at door & not assist any further. Poor service at 3 local branches was enough for me.

Been with PNC for many years and the service was the best experience ever dealing with a bank. Very personal and attention to details comes first has been my exoerience. They have saved me thousands by keeping abreast of programs for veterans and other thing they offer. Retiring at 57 is possible for me because of this bank and its staff.

Worst experience ever was made to sit in a chair in the corner while a check from my employer was verified, after i have deposited many checks from this same company. Horrible horrible customer service, i will probably seek a bank account elseware.

Choosing to go with PNC bank has been the most stressful and unhelpful experience ever. I've had two banks before them and none have given me this amount of trouble. I felt like I was being profiled from the very beginning and made to feel like my business and time wasn't important. My money and account was frozen for no reason other than the fact that I'm young and have a lot of money(quite literally the reason I was given) There has been very little information passed onto me as to why my funds were frozen and will be on hold for an inexplicable 10 days, and I can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone. The branch manager seems to be very ill informed and caught an attitude over the phone with me for having the nerve to ask questions and try and figure out what's going on with my account. I do not recommend using this bank if you enjoy access to your money whenever you need it. If you like being jerked around and lied to then this institution is for you, but it's certainly not for me. I will be closing my account as soon as possible, filing a complaint, reporting to the BBB and banking with someone else
