Much more friendly than office on William St. William st office lost a package that I sent with them and it took two months to get it back,I went to their office several times and got the run around. “I had a great experience today. I went in for my twin girls passport appointments. I got there a little early and didn’t have to wait till the time my appt was. The employees were really nice and helpful I explained I made a mistake on my application and she told me it was fine, I could finish filling it out. I know everyone has different experiences but mine was great.”
