2nd time coming to Goldsboro and shopping at Sam's Club. A huge variety of products and more of than compared to Greenville and Jacksonville Sam's Club. Everyone we met from employees to shopper's were very friendly and helpful. We'll be coming back when we're in Goldsboro again!!!

At 4:30 no rotisserie chickens were ready . Had to wait until 5:00 for them to cook. Alarm goes off, no one came, ten carts lined up. A gentleman asked the meat department for assistance. A lady came out and informed everyone she was on break and had 15 minutes left. Finally, called the store from line to ask for the manager. Ridiculous!

We love scan and go! This feature is so convenient and should be in every store. However, we are VERY disappointed that they continue to utilize nasty hands dryers in the restrooms and removed paper towels! In the day of COVID, have dryers should be removed!

Love Sam's Club for all of my big purchases. I understand that some items are in a short supply and prices have increased due to covid but Sam's is doing great. All workers wear gloves and masks.

Made a pickup order on Tuesday and thought I chose it to be ready Wednesday afternoon, but really it was scheduled to be ready Thursday. Never got a confirmation text and still didn't realize I chose the wrong date. Walked to the PickUp desk and everyone was very nice and understanding. Noah even went and filled my order right then, instead of making me wait a day. Thanks for your understanding and help in this crazy time!
