I went to the Spectrum facility in Goldsboro. I had the pleasure of having James work with me! He was so polite and patient and went above and beyond to help me! I left with exactly what I needed! From beginning to end it was a really good experience working with James! James, thank you so much for your help!

The people who work here are lovely and very helpful.
The company, however, is lousy.
They raised my bill at least 4 or 5 times in as many years. I started off paying $45 & ended up with a $109 bill - with no prior notification I'd like to add.
The best part is that after canceling my service, I'm still on the hook for the entire amount for the last bill because they don't pro-rate. Apparently, it's not illegal to steal from hardworking North Carolina residents.
I switched to AT&T, am very happy with my new service & plan on letting everyone I know that there's now another option in town.

They only have one employee working, 20 plus customers waiting over a hour, their Internet is slow, lagging and they turn it off when they think nobody at home and during the night $120.00 per month is ridiculous. At&T internet is way faster and it's only $60.00 per month. Wonder why most work at home doesn't hire you if you have spectrum Internet

Worst provider around! Go with Lumos!
Lumos cut my line yesterday to provide service to my neighbors, and Spectrum is gonna take 3 days before they will send a technician to "look" into my problem!

Always a 30-45 minute way. The machine to pay your bill is always broke. Then you sit down where you are harassed about adding spectrum mobile to your already high cable Internet bill that keeps getting higher. But what do you do you live out in the sticks where all that is available is spectrum Internet. Please though, at least have you pay machine working, I feel like your customers pay for that.

Goldsboro store needs help!! Slow, managers just stand around and ask to help only to say you have to wait because he doesn't help. Then you sit and watch staff walk around and chat, then maybe get to next client, as manager just stands with hands behind back. Two agents to each computer does not work. I understand this store is demanding however there are better ways to run a business, BTW mobile needs to be separated.
