This has been my first experience with Spectrum that was not over the phone. Although Im disappointed, I am all the more suprised at my experience today the customer service I received over the phone when paying to set up my wifi and mobile plan was just wonderful. So imagine my suprise at the first thing I see is a man being yelled at by worker for having to grab change out of his car. The worker then accosted him "hurry up " hurry up" we closed ten minutss ago which was a lie. And i didn't even get seen for my problem not even asked what it was. I asked about buying a new phone they made something up about systems being down and told me to get out woth the same warm greeting they gave the man before me. This was a sorry excuse for customer service the was nothing helpful not understanding about the two workers here. This is a terrible Spectrum location amd sorry for those in the future like me who will have the sour luck of this being the first moblie Spectrum that have an experience with.

Went in to have phone transferred to a new phone. Fransico was extremely rude. Then when I asked the other man if he was was the manager, he said no,but he has been there the longest. Long story short I am a elderly woman who walked out in tears from the way these 2 employees treated Me. They were also loud so the other customers heard it. I went to another T-Mobile store, and the problem was fixed with a simple phone call. The other store manger helped Me file the complaints. You don't tell a grieving Mother whose daughter was killed that you can't transfer the pictures of her daughter and then smirk.. Terrible Terrible.. Shame on you Gary, andFransico because you didn't want to do your job.

They are LIARS so be carefull.Wifes 1800.00 phone broke.insured.they wanted to replace it with a used junk 100.00 phone and take hers in trade? Yea sure we are that stupid???????

I can no longer be a T Mobile customer. They don't take care of their customers at all. Been with them since their beginning. Past 3 years nothing but poor service. Seems their employees are not trained properly.

I will say Louis in the local office is great but their corporate customer service is awful! Worst service ever! They charge you fees that they don’t tell you about and charge your credit card without your authorization…even after you have cancelled the service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!

2-10-23Luis was fantastic to work with. I pre-ordered a phone, and he helped through the process. He gets extra kudos for helping me transfer my data, making sure my case and screen shield were on correctly, and taking my old phone as part of the promotion. I've done this on my own, and he was better than I could ever be.Exemplary customer service and seamless to work with.
