Went to this dealership with low pressure light on on my 2015 Rav4,after Walmart tire center that replaced aftermarket tpms sensor were unable to sync with my car. Met advsor TONI SESTA who told me I'd need $139 diagnostic fee, and if I agree on, the $139 would go to the installation fees. After the diagnostic, I was hit with 3 different fees $561 for parts, $139 for now "programming " and $166 for installation. I asked why, she's pushing the notion that diagnostic fee is now covering programming, which she hadn't explained well before I handed her my car. After I paid $789, I realized that other dealerships are charging less, and decided not to do replacement at Toyota of Goldsboro. I went back for refund, and now I have to either pay "special order restocking fee " of 15%=$118 (which no one told me about when I was paying for it),or take the parts with me at a cost of $789. I was willing to pay $789 for labor and parts as stated when I allowed them my car. The no refund statement is an idea of scamming customers.

These are a bunch of lying crooks in sales department and finance. Stay far away. They will lie to you and scam you and always check final paperwork for higher price because they will commit Felony obtaining property under false pretenses with no hesitation. I just called a friend with DMV license and theft and will report to SBI on monday.

Unable to repair the problems that I brought it on for, I took it back to the dealer I bought it from they had no problem locating and repairing it, they didn't want to find the problems I brought it in for under warranty

Toyota has deliberately slowed new car inventories, so the cars they do have sell at list or above, plus whatever ************** they dem necessary at list. Also this dealer added an extra $2,500 dollars to the already high list price. You would this this is price fixing or at least price gouging! Arent there laws to govern this?

They claimed it was only a soft inquiry on my credit and would only bring it down one point, honestly it's my fault for believing them. I check my credit reports and it was a HARD credit check, and brought it down more than 5 points. Just be careful on what they say, if they can get with a high price they will

Professional service. As with ALL dealership, they do have the tendencies to be busy most any day.Walk-in is there, but should make an appointment unless you have all day to waste waiting.

0 Stars, they SUCK. SCAMMERs, LIARS, SWINDLERS!!! Run away!!!! They take advantage of Military folks. They are terrible people because they lied and up-charged me by 15$ on my diagnostic. It's 140$ before the military discount. Meaning that the 10% of 140$ being 14$ should have been deducted from the 140$ making it 126$ before taxes. Why did they attempt to charge me 163$? They did that because they are scammers and liars and will take advantage of you!!! I mentioned that the invoice was missing the 10% discount and they they lady in the service department adjusted it to 147$!!! Still a scam!!!! At this point I was tired of talking to bold-faced liars and horrible people so I paid the 15$ up-charge. These people a long track-record of being scammers for the past 10 YEARS! RUN AWAY!! They WILL scam you, but you don't care about LITERALLY spending thousands of dollars on some evil people, then go ahead. I warned you. They need to be reported to the BBB. They told me it would cost 10,000$ in parts and over 5,000$ in labor to maintain my Toyota vehicle. RUN AWAY from these swindlers!!! They will take every penny to your name and even make you go into debt. They don't care about your life.

I purchased my Highlander from Toyota of Goldsboro in 2021. I called to schedule some new tires since they are having a promotion on tires. I asked the lady when she scheduled me "don't you need to know the tire that I want?" She said "no, we have all of the tires for that vehicle", so we continued to schedule the appt and I asked again "are you sure you don't need to know which tire I want on my vehicle?" She responded with "No sir, just let the service advisor know what you want." I set the appt and take a vacation day off work and I drive 40 miles one way only to have the service advisor say, "we don't have that tire in stock". He was very nice and professional about the situation. He said he didn't understand why she didn't get my tire choice over the phone. At the end of the day, I've wasted a valuable vacation day for nothing. I've put 80 miles on my vehicle for nothing. Mistakes happen, but when I asked twice, I feel like I was brushed off and she didn't take the time to see if I was correct. I'm planning on buying a new Toyota truck within the next year, but I will not be buying another vehicle from them, nor will I take it for service there again.

I would like to give 5 stars but I have to be honest. I do buisness where I'm treated well. The service and customer service isn't terrible so no I'm not saying that.Hint why I am a returning customer. I will say that some of the prices are outrageous when it come to a diagnostic and such. Everytime I go they try finding something else wrong. Times are hard and I be about to have a panic attack when they bring the paper to me. Don't make things seem worse than they are. You never know what your customers are going through. I ask for a fuse to be replaced and was told they had to do a diagnostic for 120 bucks. I will get someone to check it for Mr smh. I was in need of tires last year and of course theirs will be higher but each set was over 1000 bucks. I was told my wipers needed to be replaced. They looked at the last time they put the wipers on and told me I was in need of a new pair. I had no issues with the wipers and hardly use them but I let them change it.I could have left and let someone else change my oil and inspect and paid less. I be feeling like I'm being taken for granted. I was told my brakes need work soon. In which they probably will eventually I'm sure but the price quoted I will not get them done at Toyota because I know other places charge less and do great work. I also notice they don't necessarily top off fluids when you get the car serviced. I put my own brake fluid, washer fluid etc in. I do check to make sure my oil is clean and it's where it should be on the stick after each change. As for the wipers I don't see a difference. For all I know they could have just got one on me. They did put air in my tires. Like I said because of prices some services I want get done at Toyota but I will continue to get my oil change their.
