Autumn and Roxanne are outstanding employees! I walked in to switch providers from Verizon where I was paying over $300 a month (including payment plans on phones, watches and I also had internet through them) and was able to get two lines on their unlimited plan and two brand new iPhones for around $150 a month including the protection plans. That’s a win in itself but being helped by Autumn and Roxanne made it a wonderful experience. They are both extremely knowledgeable and kind. Autumn was the one that helped me directly and we had a running conversation as these things usually take a while and I could just tell that she was a great person! If you are a US Cellular customer and ever need assistance, please go see one of these ladies at the US Cellular on Wayne Memorial! Or if you’re looking to switch providers, please consider US Cellular!

Mrs. Roxanne, Autumn, and the Guy (Works on Mondays) provided the BEST service that anybody could offer! Never do my business anywhere else, but at this location.....Legendary Service at its best!! My family and I have always come to this location for any questions or concerns these past 5-6 years, and have had always had the AWESOME Mrs. Roxanne to assist us!! She knows what she is talking about when making a decision on what kind of phone to upgrade to, and does not try to swindle you! The Guy that works on Mondays did an amazing job setting up my phone, and what was weird was...he did it the exact way I would have set mine up. I was very pleased on how easy he made it, and he assisted other customers while waiting for the old phone to transfer to the new phone! Autumn is always willing to assist me when coming in, and does the best she can in assisting customers who are not understanding why their phone is not doing what they are wanting it to do. Other US Cellulars that I've been to have treated me like I'm trying to either steal displays, or they look like they sucked a lot of lemons....where here, they don't do that! They never act like I am bothering them, for their service and willingness to help people is my definition of Good Business!!BEST LOCATION EVER!!!

I can't speak for any other agents but I went with my 80 yr old Dad to figure some things out in his phone that were aggravating him. Roxanne at this location was very helpful and friendly not to mention patient with an aggravated elderly man. Thank you so much Roxanne.

The Agent acted like She didn't want to help or seem a bit interested in the Customer's. And the other Agent came from the back room long enough to get Her food and left. I was so disappointed in their establishment.

It wouldn't let me post unless I put a star up there and it didn't give me an option to dislike US Cellular. First thing in the morning I will officially take my business elsewhere, I don't care if it's the .99 store! I've been with you for year's and every time I go to one of your store's(it was 2 tonight)I get screwed. Sounds like I'm just complaining but in ALLLLL the years, I've been in your store 3 time's. You read it right 3 time's, one being to sign up with you. You send me deals, special offers, discount code's CONSTANTLY! CONSTANTLY! Sometimes 3 and 4 times a day. The second time I went was to get an upgrade with more storage. That didn't happen. I told your employees I was pre-paid and they scurried back to their desks and backroom like I had announced I was the Unibomber, just released! I couldn't get any help so I got a SD card that cost $50 and asked one of your rep's if I could use that for more storage. He said yes. That was a couple years ago. Guess what? I found out tonight he lied. At first I thought it was me but I had my brother take it in for me, he said that they gave me another SD card and said it should be fine. He was deployed to Kuwait 2 day's later. I called numerous times and even went to your webpage an zip, nothing, nada, nunca, zero help. I went tonight to get a new phone because of a special you, SUPPOSEDLY, were running. I even had a code for $50 off a new phone. YOU HAD ONE PHONE, ONE!! ONE FREAKING PHONE that I had to work with and it was older than the phone I have now and had less EVERYTHING! And it was the display phone. The icing on the cake? SO, glad you asked! I had to pay full price for it!! YAAASSSSS! What a DEAL! Am I right? The cherry.......you didn't even have any, if I had even wanted one. Tonight when I went in 3 people were there and bum rushed at the door UNTIL.....they found out I was pre-paid. They all walked away from me and wouldn't even assist me to check out the phone. I had to go over to where their work station was. I also had to insist they see if they had any in stock because the girl told me, "I don't even know if we have any." Then she asked another guy there if they did and he knew as much as she did because he said "I don't know." Went to the other store and she was as helpful as the first one. You suck and I am going to make sure everyone I know get's that message. My mother, father, 57 relatives on FB will and some have already had their phones switched. That's just a couple hour's and a few family members know for now. Friends and more family will be writing you off for days and weeks to come.

Haven't had my phone 30 days charger cord stopped working and clerk stated she couldn't exchange my cord out. She stayed she coiuld give me a used one. First when I told her about my charger she called another store and they tried to make it seem as if I was lying.
