“My sister and I went looking for a new vehicle. We stopped at Matthews (the extra lot by the News Argus with the older cars) and although we did not choose to buy a vehicle there, I wanted to post a review. I cannot remember the lady's name who helped us- I do remember she was the lady in charge at that lot. She was incredible. After a terrible experience at another lot where the guy was so pushy and inconsiderate, she was a breath of fresh air. She was not overly pushy, she was honest, up front and so easy to deal with. I would DEFINITELY go back to buy a car specifically because of HER. She deserves a raise. Sorry I can't remember your name sweet lady, but if you helped two women and a teenager this past weekend, I am talking about you. Thank you again for being so sweet. We really appreciated it.”

“I came to look at one car and got a better deal on another one. Only complaint I have is that they gave me the car as is, no vacuuming, the inside wasn’t wiped down at all. I understand it was raining that day but they could have at least tried to clean out the inside a little.”

Terrific cars is by far the absolute BEST dealership I’ve done business in regards to customer service. Billy and Breonna truly care about their customers experience and value their business. They are a used car dealership and out of all the new and used car dealerships I’ve purchased from they make sure that they’re not just selling you a car but a good car that will function properly and not have major issues in the future at the time of the sell. If there’s anything that’s not caused by the buyer or isn’t ware and tear they will fix the issue with no problem and ensure you have sufficient transportation while making repairs which usually only takes a day or two. I’ve bought from new dealerships that don’t honor their customers business the way terrific cars does. So if you’re looking for a dependable car with great customer service go check them out.”
