They were fast and very attentive to the fluids. Unfortunately, they did not have the airfilter I needed, so if you are planning to have the airfilter changed, call ahead.

Amazing service, no one changes oil like they do! I swear, I parked my car and moments later, I was out of there the fastest I’ve ever experienced when getting my oil changed. True hard workers and great customer service. Shoutout to Justin!

Been twice... first time I got lied too about a tire rotation saying the lift was broken but yet another car was able to be lifted that exact same time i was told no. This was by the manager. Secondly they took off my skid plate and never replaced it. The goldsboro location is horrible. When I asked about why he would lie to me about tire rotation he just scurried off. This was the manager also.Wouldn't recommend.

If I could give it a Negative I would. So the only time that I have off of work to go to get an inspection, I go to the Spence Location in Goldsboro. I get there, they do my Inspection, give me my keys back and say "Have a nice day". Get to the License Plate Agency, looks for my Inspection Receipt and finds it on my dashboard. I go in, she goes over my paperwork and tells me that I failed my Inspection. I gets HIGHLY UPSET. For 1, I stood in that line for NO REASON and another I'm wondering WHY the guy didn't tell me. I go back to Valvoline and asked the guy why didn't he tell me and what is wrong with my tires. All he says is "OH, my bad". Like WHAT DUDE? This has spoiled my WHOLE ENTIRE DAY!! (My tires looks good from the outside. He tells me its at 1.5 instead of between 2 &3. Smh

Failed to properly service oil during oil change, no oil on dip stick. Tried to get my wife to purchase new tires when the vehicle has new tires.

By the recommendation of a friend, I chose to try Valvoline for the first time. I typically schedule maintenance at the dealership and tend to dismiss “first come, first serve” business models, but I couldn’t fit the dealership in my calendar. I was also under the impression “Valvoline Instant Oil Change” was limited in its capacity for maintenance as an oil speciality business. I was greeted by assistant manager Lionel and he affirmed that him and his team were equip to manage all my car’s needs.The staff at Valvoline carry good banter amongst eachother while also remaining wholly professional. They bring positive energy to car mechanics and do not belittle me for my lack of knowledge of my own vehicle. Lionel has walked me through every maintenance procedure and explained the purpose for each, as well as what his team is doing to correct any deficiencies they find along the way.I appreciate the speed and efficiency at which Valvoline can service my vehicle so that I won’t have to plan around getting maintenance done on my car.I appreciate Lionel’s character as an honest, personable, and educated mechanic that will definitely have me doing business with Valvoline again.Services: Air conditioning

I absolutely love this place (Valvoline on Spence in Goldsboro)!Every time I have been here, I have received a warm greeting, great customer service, and a thorough job. At my last oil change, I was asked if I had a transmission fluid exchange done. I needed to check my records from some work I had done at the dealership.In the meantime, I returned to have my fluid levels, topped off, which they did with no hesitation, and no cost and asked me again about the transmission fluid and again, I needed to check my records.Well, here it is maybe a month later and I had been experiencing what felt like hesitation with my transmission and decided to go ahead and have the flush done, and I’m really glad that I did.As you can see in these pictures, the fluid coming out was disgusting and completely black. Oh, and the price was about $100 less than what it was going to cost me at the dealership.Justin and his team are top notch and deserve a great shout out. Stop by and see them for your car service needs. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
