Not as good as they use to be but still a great store. The one in Rosewood is the worst store ever. I will go out my way to come to this one instead. Everyone there has been helpful and nice.

I recently moved to Goldsboro, and had issues with the service. I spoke with Jon at this location and he was very patient, which i wasn't in the begining. He explained everything to me and i would highly recommend him to help you with your service, be it new service or changes to existing service. Very honest and sincere. Thank you Jon. ?

Thank you so much! We rushed in last minute, 15 minutes before they closed, for help with phone activation and SIM card issues and couldn't have left happier. Quick and kind service, we were out the door in like 20 min with phones working!

I am gonna mid grade this store. The people in there are really nice. But a HUGE turn off is the hours. 10-6/10-5??? If they are short on staff and need to shift their hours for coverage. It would make way more sense to open like at lunch time and stay open later. Or at least later on Friday or Saturday. I went up there after work and picked up my kids... We got there at 630pm to trade in my son's phone phone. And they were closed.... Multiple people got there about the same time as us...on a Friday evening. They miss out on so much opportunity $$$ closing early. Closing that early gives a lot of people, little to no time to stop in. We like to help our local businesses. But we work too. I don't have a job where I can request time off just to go get a new phone.Still love Verizon.... But disappointed that they changed the hours. Because I not a fan of the other Verizon store on the other side of town.

Went in for a sim card & didn't get one...said phone didn't need it & was fine, even after I told them that's all I needed to fix my phone

I had decided to change providers. There was nothing wrong with Verizon service. I just couldn't afford the plan due to pandemic and current financial situation. Had some glitches transferring current number to new provider. Verizon rep was very helpful and polite and understood the situation. I'd had them for 2 years and had absolutely no complaints.
