I've been trying to call the pharmacy for literal days now to find out if they have my medication in stock. I can never get anyone on the phone. I'll usually wait for about 7-8 minutes, someone will pick up, and then immediately put me back on hold again (without saying anything) then it'll hang up. In store experience isn't much better. The last time I was at the pharmacy I had to stand there for probably four or five minutes before someone said anything to me.

I wish I could give 0 stars! To be put on hold 20 minutes for them to finally answer the phone just to be put on hold AGAIN for another 15 mins is RIDICULOUS!! To the person answering the phone…get another job!The attitudes and disrespect is uncalled for!Time for a new pharmacy!

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Specifically, the pharmacy tech working Oct 28 2023 at 10:30 am. No courtesy, rude and put me on hold for 35 minutes and transfered me somewhere that just disconnected after several times picking up and putting me right back on hold. Walgreens has deteriorated to being the worst of them all. They need to review their hiring criteria and stop hiring to fill DEI quotas. I will be posting on every review site and to corporate as well as the Doctors office. It may change anything, but it may keep someone else from this experience. There's a reason they have a 2.2 review score.

Zero stars. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I went in for a few things and ended up in there for 20+ minutes. Had photos printed and waited for someone to help me, then waited in line again when I went back to grab something that I forgot. The woman at the register helped the customers in front of me and walked away. Very unprofessional.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. They are unprofessional and will not do anything to help. They are the slowest pharmacy I have ever used, and they will flat out lie saying they don't have prior authorization when the doctors office has it in their hand. Walgreens is AWFUL and I will never use them again.

Went to make a return and was told a manager would come. Waited for over 20 minutes for her. Come to find out she was outside smoking!

I’m always given a time to pickup our medicine. I’ve showed up hours later and still have to wait today was told 45 minutes. Don’t understand why they tell you a time. It’s like what’s the point. I’ve had this happen numerous times. Someone needs to be told not to give a time for pickups. It’s pointless!

Zero Stars! The worst pharmacy experience. Rude. They had my prescription ready; however, I was so annoyed by their lack of customer service I told them to keep it and I had my doctor call my meds to a different pharmacy. I do not have to put up with your rude attitude. Here's a thought: if you do not like your job - find another one! Switching my meds to a different pharmacy cost me time, but it was well worth it. I don't have to deal with lazy, rude, unhappy employees any longer!

Low low stock on items that were supposed to be on sale. When I questioned a staff member stocking some products I was told this is typical for this store. I am disappointed because this Walgreens is right outside a military base. Lots of traffic and should be trying to attract customers-not run them off. I am giving two stars because of lack of products. I would give zero but the young man who checked me out was polite and professional.

I moved all my prescriptions to another pharmacy a few years ago. Slow counter service. Long lines at the drivethru but cars do get priority over inside customers. They often change the brands of merchandise on the shelves and most of my favorites are gone. Photofinishing is poor due to high employee turnover.

Don’t go to the store, needing to use the bathroom BEFORE you make a purchase!!! WENT INTO FIND THE DOORS LOCKED, AND WAS TOLD THAT I COULD NOT USE THE RESTROOM UNLESS I WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER. WE HAVE GOTTEN OUR MEDICATION FROM WALGREENS FOR YEARS! WHEN I QUESTIONED THEM, I STILL WAS NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE RESTROOM! I had planned to make a purchase, but decided I would take my business elsewhere. Called to speak to the manager and was told he was on vacation and they didn’t know when he would be back! Way to go, Walgreens! What is this world coming to???( I would not give them one star but I had to in order to be able to leave this review!)

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in Goldsboro. 3 times I've been in the 6 months to pick up my daughters medicine for them to tell me it's ready only to get there and it's out of stock. After waiting more than 30 min. You would think they would not run out of medicine being that is a pharmacy but magically they do. Them yesterday they had to close and didn't inform the customers until you drive up and saw the paper taped to the window. I'm so done with this store. The only reason they got a one star is because I can't give them negative one hundred.
