I love love love these ladies I come in every Thursday morning they are all hard working knowledgeable and very empathetic they greet everyone and try to make them as comfortable as possible. Makes banking worth it ?

I was in line and the women at the window saw me in line and she said she was closed when I got online the sign said open. I had a bad experience at this bank today

The manager here seems to not want anyone in the bank. She does all she can to encourage people to leave. Not friendly at all.

I think the branch manager hates me, don't ask me why? It's like she work in the back ground of the employees and make changes as they assist me, just to annoy me. I'm praying for a change❤️

Why are the ATM machines empty every weekend ?There're not that many to choose from. 2 banks on opposite side of town and one ATM at Walmart.

Moved from Smithfield Nc To Goldsboro Nc this past month went from amazing service, Amazing staff to mediocre service to say the least . Came in to this establishment to wire fund and notorized documents as soon as I informed teller I wanted to wire funds she interrupted me telling me to do it in a mobile app. Couldnt be more rude The funds need to be wired are for the purchased of a property an amount that high can not be wired on mobile app. She insisted on me trying before asking for help and notified me that I would need to make appointment to notorized my document or I could wait to see if someone missed their appointment so I could get help . Waited for almost an hour no one help ended up leaving with no help . Needless to say I will take my buissness somewhere else after being with the company for almost 7 years I it will be closed account ASAP. No wonder why this establishment has a poor rating with the mediocre help they give . Very impolite and unprofessional employees

always a long wait. employees are not helpful or friendly.*** WF has been responding to reviewers for years with an email address for concerns. obviously, it is a huge waste of time, as the branch has never been held accountable. evidenced by the continued barrage of 1 star reviews.

I just received the WORST customer service since I’ve been doing business with this bank since 1968 when it was called WACHOVIA. Very impolite and unprofessional employees at the drive-through window. You started a new verification system with absolutely zero notification about it.

If it is possible I would give the bank manager Christa Davis a zero. She has no compassion and she does not listen to her clientele. My father pass away and all she wanted to do was freeze my parents accounts, even though they had joint accounts. I had to call the cooperate office to find out the guidelines. Christa Davis has a God complex and was making up her on rule, and keep repeating the same thing over and over like a robot and would not wait for my mother to finish she statement and questions before she would jump in with her robotic statement saying you need his death certificate before we could do anything. Which is not true. You do not need the death certificate on a joint account..

It was one of my favorite banks. the service was friendly and fast. but in recent months they do not have the necessary and trained personnel, that is why I give them 1⭐04/24/23 This bank was one of the best. but the deficiency of the management and its employees will lead them to close this location. And could it be that the Bank does not care about the comments?

I've been sitting in the drive thru line for at least 15 minutes when I was the third car in line. These people are taking forever to just cash a check. Awful

waited for an hour or more just to be told i couldn’t deposit a check into the joint account i have with my husband. which i have been doing for the past two years. they make it so difficult to do anything with them at this location. it’s a shame it is the only bank open on Saturdays.

This bank has gone down hill. I have 2 business accounts here with PLENTY of money and they decided to charge me to start having an account here making money off MY money. The atms are CONSTANTLY OUT OF ORDER. BOTH of them, and if you go in the lobby there's only 1 teller. And cust9mer service is out the door. I was closing on a house hrs before and needed a wire, and they said I needed an apt to do a wire. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!
