I called to inquire what I needed to bring in to send a western Union payment. The call was disconnected and I called back. The representative at that time stated the call was not disconnected. Thus meaning, she admittingly hung up on me. Had she heard me out, she would have realized I was requesting help to understand what I needed in order to be prepared before going in to process a transaction. She talked over me as I responded that I understood transactions could not be done over the phone, stating no business is discussed over the phone followed by, "okay okay" and hung up again. This is no way to run a business! I understand that the transactions cannot be done over the phone, and that is not what I was requesting, the representative should have at least Heard me out instead of talking over me, and told me if I needed to bring in a check, a routing number, or an identification, instead I was very rudely cut off and hung up on again. I would not recommend anyone using this business as their customer service is excessively unacceptable.
