“Used my birthday gift card from mom…. Enjoyed my time in the store. Staff was very helpful…taking my clothes to a dressing room while I continued to browse. Love my coral summer dress by True. This brand is true to size, very flattering and forgiving, and feels so good.”
“What an excellent experience my kids and I experienced on 8/12/24. The associate was awesome she welcomed us in and helped us from start to finish. My daughter tried on several pants because we ordered online and nothing fit her properly. I want to give the name of the associate so I'll update later. She was friendly and very kind and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. My kids want to return so they can purchase more clothing and jackets for the fall. I will say I'm thankful she was there because the other associate who came in I don't believe she would have helped us in the same way being she didn't even speak or acknowledge our existence. This was the lady with short hair blonde color. Who also ask the young lady for a price check on a shirt and she was close to the register herself but she ask at the time the young lady was working on our return. Than proceeds to say no rush. I'm a very observant person but I payed it no mind as I do most things I find rude, disrespectful or ignorant. Overall I had to give 5 stars my kids love the clothes and the associate who was awesome! I definitely can't take a star away due to another associate I just point it out because I noticed. I dont want to shame the other associate but being I worked in customer service so many years I'm big into people who have good/great customer service skills.”
“Staff was polite and respectful. The store was clean and organized. Clothing is more casual, but they do have a small selection of formal clothing as well. I highly recommend if you're looking for a more mature young adult style. Accessories were lovely as well.”

“Omg I’ve been missing out on this store. I’m originally from Washington DC but I’ve lived in Goldsboro for a few years now. I decided to stop at this store that Ive passed so many times. I love trendy vintage fashion so when I walked into this store I was in love. It reminded me of Free People or Urban Outfitters but the selection is wayyyyyy better. Being from up North I don’t come across many local stores that I can shop at. You guys have a new frequent customer!!!”

“The selection was pretty good, honestly, and the customer service was amazing. I had a great conversation with the cashier, and she worked very diligently. However, I do have a concern with this location. In the bathroom, there are posted signs that state, "PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH TOLIET PAPER DOWN TOLIET." So you can tell they are having some pipe issues. But there are small trash cans in the stalls filled with dirty used toliet paper, which was over filling when I used the bathroom.”
“Don't sleep on rainbow. They have great clothes and good quality. Now you can't buy everything in there and you have to search for some of the better materials but it's well worth it. They have great clothes for my son especially winter sweat sets.”
