The manager for this branch doesn’t deserve a star. Very rude with an attitude that she’s better than you are. Drama drama drama. I do not recommend this branch to anyone as long as she is present.

Woodforest has got to be the best bank I've ever banked with. The employees are always so helpful and very respectful. I have never had an issue with Woodforest and I have been baking with them for over 15 years.

Woodforest has been my bank for over 5 years and id never go to another bank! Friendly and respectful. It feels like my other family. Amanda is your girl at this location! I had a issue with money taken out of my account. She helped with everything and the dispute center worked FAST to get me money back. Have I mentioned I love my bank!

Never, ever will make the mistake of banking with them. While it may seem convenient, it's worth more pain in the end. My biggest breaking point was when I left to go to the Zoo out of town with my family and when we got ready to check in at the hotel my card wouldn't go though. So I couldn't for the life of me figure out why since I used my card 4 times that day and checked my balance over and over. Went across the street to ihop where after eating we had the same issue. It was embarrassing for all of us and after using cash I called and waited on hold for 30 mins to find out that “ Yes we are have debit card issues. Is there anything else I can assist you with?†Was the only answer I could get. No reason why, no eta on when it would be resolved, nothing! So after all that we had to make the long drive home and reunion our whole trip! Disappointed myself as well as my child! It wasn't easy to explain to a 4 year old either. Then after everything I look and see IHOP in my pending transactions! Like what the hell! Never ever again! Good bye woodforest, Shelby Fraim

I called because I told them my wallet was stolen (ID and all) and the lady told me I couldn't order s debit card without being if an ID so I called customer service and they got me set up with an ID in the mail within a few days. How do you expect me to show ID when I told you it got stolen? Bad service from Whoever the lady on the phone was
