“I don't normally leave reviews for businesses I haven't personally used, but I felt like I had to make an exception for Shawn because people deserve to know the kind of person he is.

I recently bought a 2020 Audi A3 S Line at auction that I thought was missing the catalytic converter. After listing it on Facebook Marketplace to sell it, Shawn reached out, and by complete coincidence, it turned out to be his old car.

From that point on, he went completely out of his way to help me. He took the time to explain everything that had been done to the car, told me all the modifications and history, and then let me know he still had the original exhaust, wheel covers, and steering wheel. Not only did he give me those parts, but he also took the time to reprogram the replacement steering wheel for me. He never asked for anything in return.

In a world where it feels like everyone is looking to make a quick buck, meeting someone like Shawn was honestly refreshing. He had absolutely nothing to gain by helping me, yet he treated me like I'd been a customer of his for years. That kind of character is rare, and it says far more about a person than any advertisement or sales pitch ever could.

I may not have hired Shawn's company, but after this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. If he cares this much about helping a complete stranger, I have no doubt he brings that same honesty, integrity, and dedication to every customer he works with.
