Don’t waste your time going anywhere else! I made a mistake with a brand new car and drove it straight here hoping they could give me information on how to fix it. Not only did Chris call a wonderful mechanic to get the best advise, and help me set up an appointment, he spent a lot of time in the parking lot helping me fix a coolant issue (that i accidentally created). He went far beyond what i would have ever expected and I can’t say enough great things about things about my experience. He kept me from feeling dumb about the mistake i made with a smile and great service. I can’t appreciate Chris enough and I’m so very thankful!!!!!

Last week I went into the Auto Zone in Graham NC. I kept hearing noise from my back wheels and could not figure it out. A salesman named Arnold was very knowledgeable of cars and he asked me questions for help determine the issue with my car. He figured out it was my brake pads. Great customer service. I will be patronize this location again!

I went into Auto Zone in Graham and did not have any idea what was going on with my car. A kind gentleman named Arnold asked me what was going on with my car. He immediately knew it was something with my alternator. He ran some kind of diagnostic test and confirmed that was the problem. He did not make me feel dumb because I was a female. I will definitely make this location my go to for all my auto needs!
