“My husband and I were traveling from Wilmington, NC to Winston-Salem, NC on January 30, 2024. We had a car malfunction during our trip. I googled the closest auto parts store, and the O'Reilly Auto Parts at 1903 S NC Hwy 119, Mebane, NC 27302 came to the rescue. Rich & his General Manager (female, but I didn't catch her name) were our answered prayers!!!!! THEY BOTH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Needless to say, if it weren't for them, we would have been stuck for days waiting on repairs. KUDOS to this store and it's wonderful employees. “I had a great experience at your store in Burlington, NC. AAA failed me in their promises to come to my aid for a car battery and a couple of gas stations said they wouldn't install a battery on a Mini Cooper and it was late Friday afternoon. while checking on batteries I learned that Batteries Plus offered car battery. I called them, they had the battery I needed and said they would install it. I asked him if he was sure he could do it despite my telling that a lot of the mechanics I'd spoken said they didn't think so especially as it was about 5pm. Bottom line, the young man had me in and out of there in less than 1/2 hour.If they had not been able to help me., I would have been out of a car for the weekend”
