Went in this morning around 11am to get a new phone and the employee working there was super nice and helpful. I wish I remembered their name but hopefully management can see who was working give peoper acknowledgement for great work. I got the exact phone I wanted and to my delight when I was handed my new phone it was already in the case I picked with the screen protector on. I've been to the location by tractor supply before and was disappointed, but the experience at this store was great. There were 3 other customers while I was there and in my opinion no one was kept waiting long at all. Glad I chose this store.

I got talked into buying the CELERO 5G and it's not worth it. I purchased the device in February and realized it don't have good camera quality. The phone won't let me connect my bank card to use Google pay because it says this device isn't compatible just terrible. I call my daughter and it goes to RTT MODE by itself smh that's crazy. My Gmail hasn't updated since March 28 and my kids phones won't allow them to use the internet even though we're on the same plan. I spoke with the manufacturer a few weeks ago he advised me to take the phone back to the store and tell them it was a used device originally in a guy name. Overall I been a boost customer too long to keep calling and complaining about this no good phone and all they can do is troubleshoot it
