“My experience was with the Burlington NC location. Called local branch after online cart stopped working. Salesman (Mark or Mike?) was very helpful in helping me find the antibacterial soap and arranging for me to pick up up as they are closed for walk-ins. When I arrived I called as instructed another gentleman was outside and asked if I needed help and if I was a existing customer. I responded that I was not and he said due to Covid they were only serving existing customer accounts...He was kind and I had said they were taking care of me inside. I was very impressed with the help they gave me on the phone and helping me out even though I was not an active account. I will be a customer from this point on after the experience.”
