“Luis was the best! He was patient and kind when helping me find a bathtub shower combo for my home that flooded. I couldn’t be more grateful for how much he helped me!”

“Good place to deliver to. Staff is very friendly. You can park overnight at the gate. There's no restroom though. But in the morning they can let you inside the building. Got unloaded quickly. After their vehicle left.”

“My experience was with the Burlington NC location. Called local branch after online cart stopped working. Salesman (Mark or Mike?) was very helpful in helping me find the antibacterial soap and arranging for me to pick up up as they are closed for walk-ins. When I arrived I called as instructed another gentleman was outside and asked if I needed help and if I was a existing customer. I responded that I was not and he said due to Covid they were only serving existing customer accounts...He was kind and I had said they were taking care of me inside. I was very impressed with the help they gave me on the phone and helping me out even though I was not an active account. I will be a customer from this point on after the experience.”

“Excellent staff at this location. The folks running things here really know how to make customers feel important. They even took the time to call me and explain to me that I could be earning rewards for the money I'm already spending. I signed up for the program right away, and I plan on spending even more money now.I've been going here for three years, and those years were filled with ups and downs. I started a company from scratch and had no idea what I was doing. These folks stayed real the whole time, and helped me through dark times. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. I won't forget it!”

“Kristie from Burlington Home Depot was excellent! She was knowledgeable and helpful. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is shopping for carpeting! The Romanoff installers were excellent also. They were professional and did a great job with 4 bedrooms with closets. They installed all the padding and carpet in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them to anytime also. It was a great experience!”
