I get all my outdoor decor and outdoor bows from here, those are definitely worth the money!!! They have good sales. And it is just a warm and welcoming environment. They will make you a bow just for you, or a wreath and they do such a good job. They also offer a punch card for your purchases! They also have a line of silver jewelry with simple to follow life time warranties. They respond quickly to messages and if you see something they try and get it if they can and always welcome to hearing from the customers. They get a 10/10 on everything”

“My wife and daughter drag me in thrift stores all over the US….. I am always ready to go…. But the minute we walked in to Sandy and Co. I said to them that this is what a thrift store should be!

It was booming, the variety was perfect, the prices fit a shopper from any class….. they treated me so nice…. Even gave me a treat while I was waiting for my ladies!

I will gladly bring them back to shop anytime!!! The history of the business is a very cool story…. Job well done!!!

“I visited Redefined and picked up a few super cute items — one of them being a pair of camouflage OluKai slip-on shoes. When I got back home to Ohio, I realized I had two right shoes and no left shoe! (Apparently, I was only meant to walk in circles ?).

I called the store and left a message after hours, fully expecting not to hear back until later in the week. To my surprise, the very next day I received a call from Everleigh, who was more than apologetic and promised that finding my missing left shoe would be her top priority.

Sure enough, first thing the next morning she texted me a photo of the lost shoe in hand with an excited “?? Guess what I found!” message. She took my address to ship it right out, and when I asked how to return my extra right shoe, she told me their manager would include a return envelope — no shipping charges for me on either end.

In a day and age when true customer service is rare, Redefined absolutely shines. They were warm, engaging, and kind when I visited, and their follow-up went above and beyond. Everleigh told me their store is built on relationships and making friends — and they’ve definitely made a friend out of me. Next time I’m in town, I’ll be walking (with both shoes this time!) straight back to Redefined.”
