I like cvs don’t get me wrong but this one cashier there like fr hates her job. Never smiles, always speaks as if customers and other employees are inconvenient, and multiple times have had an issue when I call an order I placed over the app a “mobile pickup”. That’s what it is. I ain’t dressed in a mail service uniform and you know the name so why is it always such a hassle? 🤷♀️ on the other hand I think there is a new girl running cash and she was super nice 👍

Worst CVS I’ve ever seen.My brother went there to get wrist splint and it was inside the locker and there was no one available at front ,my brother waited there for 20 minutes.I hope they will take action it’s pharmacy there should be atleast 2-3 ppl at front to help customers.

I can only speak for my experience on the phone and in the drive thru. Never have I met a business more unwilling to actually talk to a person. They have the most unhelpful, waste of time, trash system on the phone I've ever encountered. I hate being forced to listen to their address and then all their other menu options. Whenever I need a prescription refilled, it is the biggest headache every time because Heaven forbid I actually talk to a real person! And then let's not forget the time they filled my son's prescription wrong. That was a treat! I totally enjoy waiting in line to pick up a medication, making the mistake of trusting that they filled it correctly, and then having to go back later to wait in line again to get the right one. I wouldn't recommend CVS to any person, ever.

I had some posters printed here. The first ones I picked up were cut up a little messy, I went back and asked if I could get them fixed. Jessica and another lady at the photography section were very understanding and reprinted them for me! They were positive throughout the whole interaction. Thank you!

Forget this place. They could not care less about the customers. The pharmacy is a disaster area and they totally ignored me when I was seeking help. Stood at the Consultation window and 2 pharmacists walk right by me and made not effort to even look. No problem I will just go to Walgreens.

Lousy drug store! Phone system not working properly to pharmacy and store personnel tell refuse to assist with getting a tech to come to their phone to get info from me and see if a needed prescription has been called in or is ready. I was told, “unfortunately I can’t do that, they are busy.”. Doing what exactly? Where is CVS customer service? There isn’t any! Thanks CVS… “I” WILL be exercising my option of finding another drug store and pharmacy, immediately! Now I know why your Google ratings are so bad! I’ll call Corporate and see if they care… probably not! Everyone, Walgreens and Tarheel Drugs are right across the street…

Call ahead. Yep. Pick up your script this afternoon. I arrive. Nope, you can’t get it until tomorrow! What??
Nobody in the pharmacy seems to remember my call. Shocker.
Where is the accountability cvs? I have to make arrangements for my elderly mother each time I leave the house. Is cvs going to hold someone accountable?? Oh by the way, this isn’t the first time. Shame
