It has been one thing after another with this location! Called two months ago to fill my 7 yr old's prescription and was told that they would go ahead and fill it. When I got no word back, was told the medication had been on back order for months but no one thought to let me know when I called to fill it. Now here we are again, a prescription for my daughter was sent on Thursday and I got a text saying they needed to order it. When I hadn't heard anything by Wednesday I called and was told they were sorry and they would fill it right away. I go to pick it up the same day and was told insurance processing system was down and they could not fill it until the system was back up and running. Today I get another text saying the medication had to be ordered again. I called to follow up and was told he didnt know what was going on but they dont have her meds in stock.I'm so frustrated with this location

Went to drop of my UPS package here as i’ve been doing for the last two years. I brought my two packages in one by one, as they were awkward to hold. The rudest lady i’ve ever met at the counter told me they weren’t taking UPS packages anymore and that I needed to go elsewhere. She said they only take as many packages as they can fit on their counter. When I walked out with my first package and came for the second one SHE ACCUSED ME OF STEALING THE PACKAGES AND SAID SOMEONE ELSE DROPPED THEM OFF!!!! i’m SO confused, there is obviously room for these two packages if you assumed they were already there ??♀️

Need to hire better employees and focus on customer obsession. You work backwards from the customer, not the other way around.

CVS on Main St in Graham, NC was a great experience. Very helpful personnel at the checkout. Was able to use the OTC for partial payment of items and didn't have to ring up 2 separate transactions. Learned something new! Only negative was the busy parking lot!

Never had a bad experience at this CVS. Everyone I've interacted with was friendly, and I've never had an issue with the self checkout.

We have been with CVS for over 27yrs but yesterday broke the straw. The service has gone from bad to worse. The employees do not put customers in store first! They bury their heads in their work and ignore the customers waiting in line. They had about 8 people in line again yesterday and only one person on counter. They should have put at least 2 more employees on the counter. Wake up CVS!!! We are switching to Tar Heel Drug!

Avoid at all expense. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employees are amused by their poor treatment, disrepect and laziness. Such behavior is encouraged by management. Best case scenario lightning strikes this establishment for the sake of the human race.

The most incompetent pharmacy I've ever come across. There is ALWAYS a long line either in the drive thru or the store. When you get to the head of the line, it's another 20-30+ minute wait to get your prescription even if it was called in hours ago, with about 5-6 people working. What's taking so long? Do they have to make the pills or what? Avoid at any cost.

Tried to schedule a covid booster shot at the Graham CVS on Main St. but was told I had to do it online. However the Graham site was not showing online. The pharmacy would not take walk ins and would not help in scheduling. They are not very committed to the patient and could care less.

Pharmacy techs were wonderful. The outside of the store is always a mess.

I wish I could give 10 stars based on the customer service I received today from Denise and Lindsey. I was in the Graham CVS earlier today to pick up 2 prescriptions, one for me and one for my husband who was sick and waiting in the car. Before I left the car my husband asked if I'd buy him some York peppermint patties. It's his go-to treat when he's not feeling well. I picked up a bag of Peppermint Patties and scanned it to get the cost. It showed up as $10.99. I was sure it was a mistake so I asked the cashier for a price check. It was correct at $10.99, but a second cashier also checked the price to be sure, it was correct. I told them i love my husband but I wouldn't spend that much on candy and he would agree. I thanked them then returned the item to the shelf. I picked up my RX, but my husband's wasn't ready. I left the store to take my husband home planning to return after dinner to get my husbands RX. I returned about 2 hours later to pick up my husband's RX. On my way out of the store Denise recognized me and asked if I still wanted Peppermint Patties for my husband. She and Lindsey had been putting out smaller bags that were on sale. They actually held 2 bags for me at the front register in case they saw me again today. I was so surprised that they recognized me and remembered my story of my husband's desire to have Peppermint Patties to help him cheer up while he wasn't feeling well. CVS in Graham is very lucky to have employees like Denise and Lindsey. They were kind and caring and went well beyond the level of excellent customer care. If CVS management holds training events for new employees they should include Denise and Lindsey as shining examples of how to sincerely listen to customers and how to look for ways to help fulfill the shopping needs of the CVS customer. My husband also sends along his gratitude and appreciation to two excellent employees of CVS in Graham, NC. He was very happy when i returned home with Peppermint Patties. This review may seem silly to some because it all started with my husband's craving for Peppermint Patties, but it's about way more than that. It's about how two store employees cared enough about a customer to go beyond a cheerful greeting and to ensure a better than expected shopping experience. May we all encounter people like Denise and Lindsey when we need a little bit of help. ❤❤
