The second nail tech who worked on me was amazing — truly skilled and attentive. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the salon’s management. They seem more focused on squeezing every dollar possible out of customers than on delivering quality service.
I was quoted ridiculous upcharges: $15 just for gold lines on 4 nails, $10 for a matte finish. On top of that, they didn’t even have the right shade of gold I wanted, and I wasn’t told this until I was already being handed off to a third nail tech.
Don’t bother requesting a specific nail tech when you check in — they’ll ignore your request and assign you to whoever they want. I spent over 2 hours in the salon only to walk out with nails that looked half-done.
Save your money, your time, and your patience.

Lucky Nails is the most consistently excellent nail salon in the area. All the technicians seem to be trained to a very high standard and take great pride in their work. I recommend them regularly and drive out of my immediate area to go here despite other salons being closer to home and work. Everyone here has fun and enjoys doing great work for their customers. Having gotten two disappointing nail services at other salons in the last week, due to circumstances beyond my control, I cannot wait to get back to Lucky Nails.

Jankee is always professional and gentle with my color changes or pedicures. This nail salon is also very clean and well kept!

Lucky Nails is top notch! I went in today for a pedicure and my big toenail was split down the middle. They fixed it and you can’t even tell it was ever split. They take their time with each client to ensure you’re happy with your service. Highly recommended!

I’ve been here many times and received good service. Today was different. Kayly was so rude and unprofessional. I ask to see a nail color book after I sat down and was told you can pick color when it’s time to. While she was doing my nails I had question, I guess I had to many because her attitude got worse! After washing my hands ready for polish I sat down and she said go pick color. Normally tech would go get a color book and bring it to you but oh not Kayly. Having to feel rushed to pick a color then I asked about stickers for my nail she goes retrieve box and sat them down. No help at all. I’m not sure if her day was bad or what but when you paying for a service you expect professional attitude. Never again will I spend money at this establishment and get treated like I just did. I wanted a pedicure but forget that. I left with no polish and no pedi 🤬

Kayly was absolutely the BEST! My eyebrows looked great as did the gel manicure. She is very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. When I am in town again, I know Lucky Nails is for me.

Good pedicure. Paid attention to detail, good massage. Only thing I could ask more is maybe bigger color variety but other than that 10/10
