“Amber is simply the best!! I went to see her to get my 16 year old a new passport, but I was pulled over on the way here, and it made me 30 minutes late for my appointment. Amber was able to help me right away and David and her were able to get my son’s passport processed and expedited for us!! We can’t thank you both enough! “I love you folks, however, I wish when you have a package to deliver, if you see you are going to have to force the package into the street mailbox, that you would instead take it to the porch. We should not have to fight and fight to get a package out of the box while standing at the street where cars are whizzing by. (nobody slows down, even a little for safety) Please take into consideration the size of the packages and if you can't just put it in the mail box loosely, please put it on the porches instead.
