Truist temporarily adjusting services at local branches to help maintain health and safety for clients and teammates. Truist providing teller services through drive‑thru lanes only, in‑person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures and some branches without drive‑thru lanes remain open with enhanced sanitization measures. Clients had a very clean bank, very friendly employees, and outstanding banking. Tellers are great, pleasant and helpful on a daily basis and are courteous and efficient.
