The customer service is fine. But I'm still not receiving all of my forwarded mail after moving to the area almost two months ago. I requested several times for my address to be corrected and it's still incorrect.

I love you folks, however, I wish when you have a package to deliver, if you see you are going to have to force the package into the street mailbox, that you would instead take it to the porch. We should not have to fight and fight to get a package out of the box while standing at the street where cars are whizzing by. (nobody slows down, even a little for safety) Please take into consideration the size of the packages and if you can't just put it in the mail box loosely, please put it on the porches instead. Such a wonderful post office! Very clean and easy to get through the line. Staff was so friendly and nice and were incredibly efficient. Shoutout to Leslie for making my day by getting me all the stamps I wanted!

I didn't understand the bad reviews. The staff was courteous and quick.
Long lines can happen, but people just need to be patient. People are not machines. Have been using this post office a lot and never had a problem.

The ladies at the front desk are welcoming and kind. It’s the holiday season and they do their best to get through the line quickly while giving personalized service.

The mail delivery is very bad. I live at the Elevate 54 apartments and they constantly put mail in the wrong mailboxes. I lost a W2 form (which I know was not delivered to me because I get informed delivery emails). I received cards from my mother with money in it and they were also delivered to the wrong mailbox and the person who received them was kind enough to bring them to me. I also didn't receive a Christmas card until a week after Christmas even though the sender mailed it out in Mid-December. I don't know what they are doing over there or who they are hiring to deliver mail but I have never experienced anything like this type of negligence in my life. I have lived in 5 different states in multiple cities and I had no idea post offices had the ability to mess up so badly and just get away with it. I guess that's what you get for living in a small town in the south smh. TLDR- they need help.

Poor & irregular delivery. When I try to contact them by e-mail it always comes back that their mailbox is full and they can't accept it. The delivery person (when she shows up) is always on her cell phone.
