“i want to give a huge shot out to smoke rings of Burlington! Best customer service in the area. they have the best vapes and knowledge to point you in the right direction on solid products. I recently bought the alien grass 7g and about a week after one side was empty and the other was full. i tried to get the other side to level out, but it would not. so i called Wednesday around 11 to try for maybe half off a new one and the manager told me he usually only gives a 48 hour window. well i got a whole week then i had issues. the owner could've told me to kick rocks, but he hooked it up and i will be forever thankful!”

“Well I'm not from the area but this place would get 10 stars , I'm stuck at a near by truck stop and my wife & i roll our own cigarettes it saves us alot of money a month , but I took a chance and called to see if someone could bring me tobacco and tubes , low and behold i didn't get the guys name but he brought me what I needed after he got off of work. “Bestest vape shop around. The manager Jeremiah has gone out of his way to help me. I'm 100% off cigs now. I was intimated at first with all the vape options before I met him. He asked me a few questions and my budget, then recommended a couple of devises. But I was high maintenance again, on finding the right flavors - once again he led me to glory land. : //You can tell he's into his job and knows vaping every which way and out. Clean store, relaxed vibe. Only suggestion I have is to change the lighting so not crazy bright, and have more of a lounge feel. But whenever I leave the area and go to other vapes shops, none come even close to Wick and Coil!”
