Terence helped to fix our account and a phone issue I was having, and helped lower our bill from things that had been added without our knowledge. Great service, friendly staff. Will definitely go back if we are ever in the area again

The Graham location provides great service! I was greeted by JB when I entered the store, he had such a positive attitude and was super friendly! He showed me some of the new phones/products and answered my questions while I waited to chat with someone about my plan. I would have never known it was his first day! Then I met with Micah, he was so helpful and patient while answering all of the questions I had about switching plans and upgrading my phone. He helped with some great deals I did not know were available to me and broke down all of my options. Overall, both employees were really friendly, had great vibes, and were super helpful. I will be returning to this location for any other Verizon needs I have. Looking forward to working with you again!

Tamara was really helpful. I came in to split my services and not only did she work with me to get the best outcome bill wise, she took the time to walk me through what I should expect my next bill to look like. When all was said and done I was in and out in less than 45 minutes

Went with a friend, she had to get a situation w her phone & adding lines straightened out. Was there about an hour but the help we got was well worth it. She took the time to explain everything!

We came to Verizon in Graham to see options for TV service. Tazz was so helpful, kind and patient. She suggested Internet service and streaming We have never had anything but traditional service. She explained everything to us until we understood well what we were doing. Our TV did not have Roku which we felt would give us our best option. Tazz told us how to buy what we needed. After we got home we had questions. We called Tazz. After work she was busy but still made time to come buy our house to help with hookup and answer our questions. She does a great job talking to seniors who are struggling to keep up with the new way of doing things. Thank you so much Tazz

Charlie took the time out to help me figure out a bill that took me months to figure out because customer service line just transfers you and don’t like to do their job. He was great!
