“Adam and his family are exceptional when it comes to customer service. I have never in my life had a jewelry store go so far above and beyond with multiple pieces of my jewelry…with my wedding ring my husband bought the engagement ring from Frank’s and they put it together with another two bands, and it was immaculate. Most importantly when my grandmother passed away in August, I got her ring that she had for 70 years with my grandfather .. The ring was broken, but there was flawless diamonds that I wanted taken out and put into a new band. I picked it up a couple days ago and bawled my eyes out. I could not ask for a better work or a better representation of my grandmother‘s precious stones… and I say this with tears in my eyes….
