For weeks, you have come by at least twice a week to refill my tank, and then you text me that you couldn't because the tank is full. Maybe you should be fixing the wireless gauge device that you installed on one of my tanks, since it appears to be mis-reporting to you that gas is needed. But, perhaps more importantly, why haven't you figured this out yourself -- it can't be inexpensive to keep doing truck rolls when there is no need for gas.

Amerigas comes in appropriate intervals of time between deliveries so my tank never runs out of gas for my fireplace and grill! My tank is at an awkward site and the delivery team leaves my outdoor surroundings intact and without damage!

Your service man who came to my home was great but your customer service dept SUCKS! Your local office is closed to walk ins so there's no one-on-one customer service. You have to call the Phillipines to talk to somebody, which I really have issues with-- your company doesn't support the American worker? Again, I have real issues with this. Would I recommend your company? No, I'm looking to change when my tank needs refilled. But local, support local!

It was the worst experience I've ever had with any gas company. I cancelled a delivery and the gas was delivered anyway. The lady I cancelled with would not admit that I had called.

Our propane tank was leaking and required multiple fills. We smelled propane outside the house and called AmeriGas several times. They could not appreciate the urgency and significance of leaking propane. The gage was not working and the smell of propane was overwhelming.When we finally managed to get them to come out it was at 10 pm and the service man asked my husband to help him roll an 800 lb leaking propane tank and help him lift the tank onto the tail gate as the hoist was not working. The tank then needed to be inched forward on the truck bed so it could be secured. During this one hour process, a strong odor of propane was evident . The tank had been filled 2 days previously and the service man explained it was dangerous to have the tank on its side . Not only was this inappropriate but also negligent on the part of AmeriGas .When called today to ask for a refund the customer service person in a foreign country told me I could only get what was left in the tank. I am dumbfounded by this.

Amerigas is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a property that had a propane tank from them on site. I called to set up service. They delivered propane gas to wrong address twice after I had called multiple times to advise that they had incorrect delivery address. Apparently that cannot tell the difference between delivery and mailing address. I had renters at my beach property which I had been trying to get gas delivered to for weeks. Amerigas came out and capped my tank without any notification to me. So my renters show up and have a house with no hot water or working stove. I called and requested service immediately. Best they could do was enter an urgent 24 hour service request. Which they did not bother to honor. After 3 days no one has filled the request. I called and they leave you hanging on the line and never return or just hang up. They cost me hundreds of dollars in rent due to negligence and non communication. This is the most horrendous customer service I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY FROM AMERIGAS! Unprofessional and incompetent.

Got an email that you wouldn’t come out today as planned to change out a very rusted and unsafe gas tank (above ground so it’s not difficult) After I’ve made arrangements for someone to be there, and the fact this has been, literally, 6 months trying to sort out, I star isn’t low enough.

What do you folks call auto delivery on time?? Second time I have ran out of gas under you so called auto delivery. and poor response on you website or phone line for requests. Are you folk short of drivers? What gives???

It takes forever to get help and all they do is read from a script. Your company is all about collecting fees but not in giving any customer service.

Something has changed at AmeriGas. Seems that the customer service/call center is no longer based in the US. Difficult to understand, poor communication and verbal skills. Will be changing to another service
