I just had Blue Water Restoration perform a pretty bad black mold remediation in my home. I called them on Monday after 5 pm and discussed my situation. The whole remediation was completed by Wednesday 2 days later AND they did it on Christmas Eve which was amazing since I had family coming. David the tech communicated everything about the process. Everyone at Blue Water who had a hand in this job was courteous and kind. Iam confident that the job was done right and that I can now breathe clean air in my house. The estimate was very reasonable and I highly recommend Blue Water Restoration for any services that you may need!!

When a pipe burst at our Summer home in Corolla, OBX, we were at a loss. We had owned for years and knew the challenges of finding a reliable company that would have availability and be responsive to our needs. Fortunately, my daughter saw an ad for Bluewater Restoration and they proved to be a Godsend. From responding to the initial water damage and threat of mold through insurance claims and then plans to both rebuild and also update/modernize, Tara and her Operations Team were always there for us. Professional, responsive, offering options, suggesting others for special tasks ... I can't say enough good things about the company and the staff there. We're all finished now and ready to enjoy the beach. Our thanks to Bluewater for teaming with us to make it all possible again.

Bluewater was responsive, had great communication, worked super cleanly, and documented everything along the way which helped with our insurance claim. What was even more impressive was how quickly they stepped in and rescued us after the first company we hired sat on our deposit for close to two weeks without starting any demo or remediation work. Super grateful to the entire team for working so quickly to get us back on schedule, and doing such an expert job.

Our house is in Corolla and half of our 3000 sq ft house was damaged by a water leak. We called at 8am and they were on the road immediately. It took 3 weeks to dry everything out. We chose BWR as our reconstruction company because of their vast experience in dealing with insurance claims; this was valuable beyond words. 6 months later our house is back in order, ready for the rental season, and communications with everyone at this company, from employees to subcontractors was excellent. Of course I’d choose them again… I just hope I don’t have to!

Bluewater Restoration did a fantastic job of water remediation followed by restoration after we had a significant water event in our OBX home. They’re a first rate company that kept us updated regularly on the progress of the job. Their quality and timelines of the work was excellent. A special shout out to Tara, the supervisor in charge of our job. She was always available to answer questions and was definitely hands on. Thanks, Tara and thanks to the rest of the Bluewater team !

Gave them over $20,000 payment for services.
Broke countertops overcharged on wood flooring.
Do not use if you do not live in the area to review their work. If you live up North stay clear!!!
2nd time having to post this review. They took the 1st one down. That should tell you all you need to know!!!

Stay clear of this organization. Had them do over $20,000 worth of work for a broken pipe in my house in Whalehead.
Countertops broken on replacement. Overcharged on flooring.
If you do not live in the area Do Not Use!!!
They will take advantage of you not being available to review work.

I could not provide a stronger recommendation for Blue Water and their team. They helped us after we had water damage to our house and were amazing to work with . Knowledgeable, professional, thorough - Blue Water went above and beyond every step of the way. From beginning to end, Bluewater did a great job handling the water damage to my house. They initially went to the house after hours after I called late in the day and began the process of drying out the house and saving the furniture that they could. They followed that up with great management of all the repairs to get my house up and running as soon as possible. Great staff and great people!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the very first call to the completion of the work, the entire crew of Bluewater Restoration were kind, considerate, helpful and professional. We live a few hours away from OBX and desperately needed professional remediation of our house. Bluewater worked within our available travel schedule. We met Tara and Roy along with their crew at the property on a Saturday morning and they set to work right away. I cannot recommend this team highly enough and if we ever restoration or remediation services again, Bluewater will be our very first call.

We had significant water damage at our place in Corolla. The damage impacted the north side of the house on all three levels of the home. Bluewater was superb in its performance! They were on it at once, addressing the issue and removing the damaged materials. More importantly they are experts relative insurance coverage and knew how to handle the insurance claim from beginning to end. Even after we paid them in full they went to bat for us at the end to make sure we received every dime we were entitled to.Beyond that we used Bluewater to handle the repairs and to serve as general contractor on all of the remodeling work together with other substantial improvements. The work was top notch! They coordinated the work by the subs, and they took care of every item on the punch list! knowing that we were spending some time away from the property they even followed up months later to make sure everything was fine. We could not be more pleased with the final outcome and their efforts to do the best job possible!
