I was at the store when a few kids came in shopping. They were very respectful and said excuse me etc, when walking down the isles. Soon after, and employee went full Karen. She loudly started counting down from 60 telling them that they had to leave.
I normally do not weigh in on these things but she was WAY out of line. I them bumped into the mother today to find out that they were banning the kids from the store.
It was the MOST unprofessional display I’ve ever witnessed. I offer my testimony if anyone wishes to pursue action against this woman.

We visited this Dollar General store on October 3 & 5, 2021. It was the cleanest and most organized Dollar General store we have ever shopped. Kudos to the management at the Granby, NC store.

Cleaner is usually out of stock and carts with products are always in aisles. It's difficult to get around store with cart.

I love shopping at my local Grandy, NC store because of the friendly staff! The store offers a wide variety of products at affordable prices. I would usually give them 5 stars but right now they have a couple problems. The first and most important problem needed to be addressed is enforcing mask control during the COVID-19 pandemic!!!! Second problem is that the store needs more staff. I expect the store “carts” out on floor with merchandise to be stocked if you have staff working on it but you don’t. Not to mention it blocks product on shelves and could be a dangerous situation if a customer moves them. My suggestion for a remedy for delivery days is to work an overnight crew to stock the shelves. Also during the holiday season with more people shopping you may want to have both registers open. Like I stated earlier the staff you have at this store are friendly, polite, very helpful and deserve a five star rating!
