I've never met so many incompetent people in my life. They must go out and look for the dumbest people they can find. I bought an Alternator (should've known better) Alternator bad out of the box. i give the bad alternator and my core to there driver I hear nothing from them. So I call them and the lady tells me she didn't know what to do so she just credits my card back. Instead of calling and asking what was going on. I don't know why I have y'all a chance when just about everytime the part is junk or something like this happens. I know that it doesn't make a difference to them whether or not someone quits buying parts from them or gives a bad review. but anyone looking to buy from them please do yourself a favor and don't all the rumors are true! I've been in the auto repair field for 30+ years and can't think of a single time I've had a good interaction with them. Terrible way to do business but they're a corporation they don't care.

Had everything I needed and the customer service was on point. Prices are very reasonable and usually lower than their competitors. Huge inventory of parts, cleaners, wipers, oils, and much more! A must to visit if you're needing ANY part, oils, and other car/truck related items. This is my go to auto parts store in this area
