Caldwell Collision Inc. provides a first class experience all around. They did an awesome job on the cars, making a bumper brand new so you can't even tell it was replaced, and the repairs to a truck after a hit and run were done fantastic. The service and everyone in the office were wonderful, calling several times through the week to keep customers updated. They handled all issues with the insurance company, making a very stressful situation a lot easier to handle. The staff, including Tim and Chris, outdid themselves, delivering professional repairs and quality results. The lady up front is great with people and makes you feel like family. The folks are genuine, authentic, real people. They make sure customers are satisfied with the work, even down to the cleanliness after the job. The process was a very pleasant experience, keeping customers posted on every detail. Caldwell Collision is a pretty cool business. Highly recommend!

They did a awesome job on my car the whole bumper is brand new you can't even tell it was replaced the service and everyone in the office were wonderful they called me several times through the whole week that it was being worked on to keep me updated I highly recommend Caldwell Collision Granite Falls.thank you all .

Took my truck there to get fixed after a hit and run accident and they done a fantastic job on the repairs to my truck. There were also issues with the insurance company but they handled all of that for me and made a very stressful situation a lot easier to handle. Highly recommend!
