“Our Experience with Mountain Mitsubishi:
My husband and I recently purchased an *used* Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Mountain Mitsubishi, and this was our first experience doing business with the dealership.
Right after our purchase, we experienced an issue with the vehicle. What really stood out to us was how the owners handled the situation. They took care of us, paid for the diagnostics, and even paid to have the issue with the radio fixed. They didn’t have to go above and beyond, but they chose to make sure we were taken care of on a used car!
Through our business, my husband and I deal with a lot of dealerships. We’ve experienced both dealerships that truly take care of their customers and those that don’t. Mountain Mitsubishi definitely showed us that customer service matters to them.
We had heard mixed reviews before doing business with them, but our experience is a perfect reminder that you can’t judge a book by its cover, that you can’t believe everything you hear, and you can’t please everyone. What matters is how a business treats you when something unexpected happens—and Mountain Mitsubishi treated us right.
We will definitely be doing business with Mountain Mitsubishi again in the future. We highly recommend them! Thank you to the owners for standing behind our purchase and taking care of us.”
“This is my spot!! I always clean my vehicle once a week. I wash my car by hands and they use nothing but the best products of quality. I never have to wait to vacuum or wash my car. honestly this is the safest car wash I’ve been to and they will forever have my business”

“I can’t say enough about the staff and management at this carwash. I choose this carwash because it has an undercarriage wash!! It cleaned great and the vacuum cleaner really is very powerful. When I got ready to leave I couldn’t find my keys. The manager and staff helped me search tirelessly. I had already checked the trash can I used. When the manager looked too it already had a clean trash bag. I had an appointment in Morganton so my boyfriend brought me my extra key fob and when I left my display read key fob left behind. When I got out of my appointment I called back to the car wash and the manager had found my keys. She looked back on the video camera and sure enough I had thrown them in the trash and when it got changed it went into the dumpster.i will always be grateful for Kat the manager going above and beyond in customer service for helping me search and finally retrieving my key fob, house, and business keys! I drove back to hickory with a relief and in a very clean car too! You can’t find customer service like this anymore or a clean vehicle! Again, thank you so much, Kat!!”
“Our truck had been sitting under trees for months without being washed bc we are unable to do so. We wanted a good hand wash with an eye looking at where it needed to be scrubbed harder. I wished I had pictures to show how wonderful they did! Excellent job!”
“First time checking this place out and they did an awesome job. The crew is highly professional and my car looks great—I've even got the photos to prove it. Definitely satisfied and I'll be back for sure.”
“Whoever the young lady was here on September 24th literally was working HARD. Cars were lined up she was rolling them through like she was a captain leading an army kudos to her she deserves a raise!!!”

“First time having the car cleaned here was very pleased the boys did a good job so if you haven't tried them out yet go and check them out you will not be disappointed”
“Self service detailer/ car wash. But they have a really good deal of when you purchase the ultimate wash you get a free vacuum coin and believe me it lasts long enough to get the whole car vacuumed. They have had some issues where the machine doesnt give this coin but when I contacted them they explained it had a lot to do with the coin shortage going on. They are very nice people and had offered to get me a replacement coin.Services: Vacuuming”

“By far in the area this is the best car wash. I've used every single one around town and between the blowers and the wheel cleaner brush, that's something nobody else has and I enjoy using that wheel cleaner brush to get my wheels just right and sparkly! All settings work at least in the second bay from the road. Vacuum works, credit card swiper works. The blower is amazing for people with rain guards and a blast out the door handles. Get them free of that water drip. Just one thing would be nice once a day maybe to make sure that your bays are clean cuz there was some pretty good debris in my Bay. That's my only complaint. Still giving it five stars.”
“Great do it yourself facility. I will not go to any other area carwash at night anymore since they have lights out or off and the feeling of having to look over your back while cleaning your car. Not here! Very well lit at night and very clean and well kept. I stopped here coming home from camping .
Vacuums worked great. I didn't kick that nasty smell back out at you. My only complaint is that the triple foam gun wouldn't work in the bay I was in but wasn't an issue for me.
It's definitely worth passing 2 others to come over here.”
“I want to give Matt a shout out !! 😁
He was very kind and he did me solid so I could get my car washed (Black Mustang)
The staff today was very friendly and between coworkers they seem to have a great line of communication.
I will definitely return with my vehicle
Oh yeah! And they have free vacuum service that was a plus for me
Thanks again Zips crew, well done 👍

“Whenever I have used their laundry machines, they have been clean and the owner always comes around and asks if I have everything I need. He is very kind and helpful! I only use their machines to wash my large comforters but that's a couple times a year and I always have a good experience.”

“Favorite car wash. Simple, no touch, conveniently located, great price, good vacuums, wide open space, etc. can't go wrong, although the best wash does the best job, such as life. Try it out. They have interior products available at Coin-op machines as well.”
“Love that their open early! We can get the ride looking good early on the way to travel ball on Saturdays! Great job inside and out, especially for the price! Thanks guys!”

“Reasonable prices, good location, vacuum cleaner didn't work well. Auto car wash $7 for supreme and works pretty good. I would recommend if you need a car wash at a reasonable price.”
