“My partner and I had a couples pedicure on Saturday. This was absolutely the best pedicure I have ever gotten. From the moment we walked in we had a great experience. The blueberry margarita was really good also. I love that you guys a very LGBTQIA+ friendly business. We will becoming in for massages and facials tomorrow, and I have already booked my nail appointment for the first weekend in July.”

“I’m so happy they opened here I found lots of great stuff. Lots of gifts or ideas. Minus would be to the HQ itself during the holidays those poor workers need to be supplied with extra IT and other “things that could go wrong” things. Registers on weekends especially Black Friday going to be crashing. I worked at retail myself. And the amount of technical issues on this day is insane. Just for the season I think the help needs to be provided. By no means I’m upset about store itself, location of the items, amount of items or prices. It’s all great. Just my opinion.”
“The staff is always friendly. I've been going to this Hot Topic for at least 10+ years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I do a lot of in store pick ups, so my transactions can be a little more tedious than the average customers. I've always had good service, from friendly sales reps. The managers have changed over the years, but the customer service culture has stayed the same.”

“My husband and I went here to shop for our daughters. I was hesitant at first because it's dark and you have to walk in this fake building thing to get in. But, I'm glad we did. The place was clean and well organized. I was most impressed with the staff. Every single staff member spoke to us and offered to help. They were all so nice and friendly.”
“We went there prom dress shopping today. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were helped immediately. My daughter had a huge selection to try on in her size and we spent a few hours there. The associate, Jensen, was there to help with every single dress she tried on and was very pleasant. My daughter left with a dress she absolutely loved! Highly recommend!”

“When I have a meaningful experience at stores I like to commend where it’s due. I love this consignment shop. The owner is so sweet. The lady that models/works for the store is also so sweet. Anytime I’ve visited I’ve felt more than comfortable. I appreciate being one that is being helped with items and shopping because I personally am not 100% up to par with the latest trends & it’s nice to have opinions on what looks nice! I’ve also sold to this store and feel as though the pricing as a buyer and seller are both equally fair. I’d highly recommend shopping here. Great job, ladies you have an exceptionally NICE store! ?”
