The manager Mason helped me out very well. My line got cancelled and he got me a newer phone for the same price and helped me with discounts. This is the best store I have been to and I look forward with continuing my business here!

I can never get anyone to answer the phone and I just have a simply question. I don’t see the point in wasting gas driving all the way to granite. They need to answer there phone when it rings. Customer always come first.

Kristina had a really bad attitude very rude. My mother went to switch over she said that they couldn't do that a very rude talking was not welcoming at all. My mother's husband just died and she was having to change phone companies she she could keep her phone ..so you was very disrespectful and very rude!!!!!

This specific cricket the girl working there isn't friendly at all. I have insurance on my phone and she didn't say anything when I said my screen was cracked. Just showed phone prices. She didn't have the open sign turned on and was sitting at the desk with bare feet on them.
