Last week I was not very happy with the fruity producer of my ridiculously expensive 12.9 in 2021 “pro” tablet. I was hoping for the price I paid that it would last for a long time. My electronic devices have all been well cared for, and especially this one, and never forcefully plugged in my tablet. This did not stop my usb-c port from becoming a useless hole that wouldn’t charge the tablet anymore. My biggest disappointment was learning that there is no fix through the fruity tablet producer. They wanted me to buy a new one. After talking with a coworker who had had some repairs done at CPR on his kids tablets I decided to reach out to CPR and see if they could help me with mine. So I went to the store to find out if they would even attempt to fix it. Gio, who greeted me at the front counter, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful at the counter letting me know of the risks and problems that they might run into trying to do the repair of the usb port. I took the risk…and I’m so thankful that I did. Now I’m sitting here typing this review on my once again charging tablet!
