“I needed to replace an old faucet (after buying an older home) but the faucet holes were much smaller (25 years ago) than the new faucets today. This was a small job and no one really wanted to do it. I called GCC and they happily accommodated me. I was very pleased with their work!! I will be replacing my granite in the near future and I will be calling GCC! Jerry and his team treated me like I was a $20k customer, treating people like this will keep them in business longer than the others!! Thumbs up to GCC! Job well done, guys!”
“As their advertising says. "Good stuff cheap". It might not be the best stuff but for the most part it is good stuff. We go here quite often and buy something almost every time we go. It might not be the cleanest or most organized store but that is probably part of how they try and keep the prices down.”

“I usually shop here for my pillows. I bought 2 long pillows. I've had it for less than a year, and it didn't hold up it's fluff so it's very uncomfortable now. The other one is just fine.. I still would recommend getting if you want a long pillow. I recently needed some sheets. Cali. King. And I wish they had more of them there, so I had to go with the only ONE they had bc i really needed some. I was told in the store I couldn't return it. I figured that was cool bc of the price being cheap. But upon getting home and taking it out, there were stains on the pillow case. And my mind is weird about things. So my automatic thought went to someone else used it ??♀️. I decided to wash it in hopes the stain comes out. ????”
“The showroom really allows you to envision what's possible. But we were there to purchase a washing machine. Ms. Chavis was very helpful and knowledgeable with regard to the brand we had selected. We were told the installers would be at our home between 1 and 3 and they were. They called when they were about 20 minutes away to make sure we were ready. The two gentleman (I think their names were David and Christopher) sent to install our washer were the best. They were careful not to scratch the floors and took their time going though doorways with both the new and the old machine which they hauled away for us. Working together they leveled, tested the machine, made sure it was stable and ran us through the basics. When I looked at my watch it had been only 30 minutes. The installers represent the company in an extremely positive manner. I can't say enough good things about the staff employed by this company. We were very impressed. I could not be happier. I highly recommend Sunrise Appliance in Hickory”

“My sister and I were frustrated with shopping at the big box stores for wall tiles. We Googled tile stores in Hickory. Thank goodness we did! What a selection! Dawn was very helpful. Do yourself a favor, go there first when you are looking for tile. They also have plumbing items which I will purchase my next trip.”
