Our car takes special filter for the oil change so we had to bring our own from another company which is the only thing my husband complained about and how expensive our oil change is because of our jeep but that’s what happens when you own a Renegade Jeep lol. Hopefully they can look into carrying our oil filter in the future.”

She experienced some car trouble and I wasn’t able to drive the 4 hours from Ft. Bragg to assist her. Jim and his staff opened their doors and were able to sort out and fix the issue. “I normally do my own oil changes at home. However I went to the shop after I discovered my bolt was stuck in the oil pan. I figured they would have the tools get it loose. First tech said they could do it, second tech said he already tried and it wouldn't come off. Once I got bad news that it was completely stripped, I thought I was going to have to go to a actual shop. That's when Dan showed up. He said he's got it. Man, did he. He had that rounded bolt off in less than 5 mins. Then they put a new plug in for free. This is above and beyond was I was expecting from a 10 min oil change place. If I had to recommend a place it would be this one.”

“I was guided into the bay within 2 minutes of parking outside the store. The whole process took around 15-20 minutes start to finish. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful; they didn't try to upsell me on anything my car did not need and recommended I seek transmission service at a transmission shop.
Would definitely come to this location again.”
“Efficient, professional service. As a statewide franchise, Black’s offers professional assistance with most all auto needs. We have utilized the Southern Pines location for auto service. I’ve chosen to purchase tires at Black’s so that warranty and routine maintenance can be done at their statewide locations.
** Having said this: 48 hours later, my tire pressure monitor showed a low pressure in the left rear tire. Living 90 minutes from Black’s Tire- Hickory; I was forced to visit a local tire shop. They kindly examined the tire, noted a faulty valve core and replaced it- no charge! In contacting Black’s; I was told the valves were replaced with new tires. Since there was no charge, all was settled, but it gives pause to buying tires at a location far from home.”

“Overall, it was a good experience.. however, I ended up not getting any work done to my vehicle. I waited for an hour before I was told that they cannot plug my tire.. the ultimately I ended up plugging my own tire, which is a hard it’s just something I didn’t wanna do that particular day…I’ve been there before, and I’ve never had a problem and always have great service. It would’ve been nice if someone would’ve told me it couldn’t have been plugged so I didn’t have to waste an hour of my time… but prior experiences with the auto care center has been great. So I don’t want to not give them them a bad rating ever just one incident.. if you need a a new tire or anything, this is the place to go.. the prices are grades, and they are open seven days a week.. I’ll go back again if I need to.. stay kind, everyone”
