Ariana had great customer service, was friendly and price matched an OEM Hondas oil filter so I didn't have to drive all the way to the dealer for 10.31. O'Reilly should bring that down from 13.99!!! Ridiculous!!

Mostly a great experience. Fun staff who can help if needed. Just a great auto parts store. I don't have any problems with any of the auto parts stores in the Granite Area, though to be fair.

They are very rude they just walk off like nothing I called up there and talked to one of the people that worked there I lost the receipt he said no problem bring it up here and exchange it no problem got up there and they would not do it liars is what they are

When I walked in a female had to finish her personal phone call at the desk before helping me so I waited at least 5 minutes on that. The male employee wasn't helpful either

I would like to share my experiences with this store and the manger there, every single time I’m there I have been helped with the best customer service. I have been in there myself several times with a customer acting out, and no one is ever told both sides of the story. The cops were probably called due to it getting out of hand. The manager nor the employees can help what the rules are, the manager looks out for the best interest of the store and his employees. Let’s put this into perspective say this man replaces his so called fuel pump in the parking lot with permission from oreilys, then say it malfunctions and catches on fire or something goes wrong that then puts oreilys at fault. The manager was looking out for the store in this situation. There are rules everywhere we go in life and I’m sure we have all encountered an incident where one employee says something trying to give a quick answer not knowing what the rules are in the managers world. Sad that no one understands this and this was started on a TIK TOK page where no one sees the full truth. Grow up people.

Rude and disrespectful. One worker says yea to ur question and the other says no. So when u go to figure out can u fix something or not on ur car in the lot. The no employee decides to call the cops. And yet all u do is ask a question and now he’s telling police ur irrational. Like some kind of crack addict

Came in the buy a battery ended up getting some of the rudest service in my life from Carter. I will never be shopping with O’Reilly’s again and will be activelyTrying to get others to never shop here again as well.
